If you would like to proceed to make a booking, here are the following steps:
1. Call us to confirm the availability and softbook the room with your desired time slot. Please provide your company name, contact number and email address.
2. A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you.
3. Payment has to be made within stipulated date on the invoice.Otherwise, the softbook will be released without prior notice.
4. Once payment has been made, please respond to the email and attach the bank payment slip or transaction screen shot.
Please note that we will require full payment to be made at least 1 week prior to the booking date. Once payment has been made, no cancellation. A one time change of date is allowed.
*Availability of the rooms are subjected to 1st come 1st serve basis.
