Book A Room

If you wish to proceed with a booking, please follow the steps below

  1. Contact Us:
    Call us to confirm room availability and to soft-book your desired time slot. Please provide your company name, contact number, and email address.

  2. Confirmation & Invoice:
    A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you following your soft booking.

  3. Payment:
    Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
    If payment is not received by this date, the soft booking will be automatically released without prior notice.

  4. Payment Confirmation:
    Once payment has been made, please reply to the confirmation email and attach the bank payment slip or transaction screenshot as proof of payment.

Additional Information

  • Full payment is required at least one (1) week prior to the booking date.

  • Once payment has been received, cancellations are not permitted.

  • One-time date change is allowed, subject to room availability.

  • Room availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments made prior to confirmation will not be refunded if the room is unavailable.

Rescheduling is permitted once, and is subject to room availability and our rescheduling policy.

 

You can pay for your reservation here via PayPal with the Reference Code in your email. If you have paid using cheque or Bank Transfer, you can send us your Reference Receipt here.
