Contact Us:
Call us to confirm room availability and to soft-book your desired time slot. Please provide your company name, contact number, and email address. -
Confirmation & Invoice:
A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you following your soft booking. -
Payment:
Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
If payment is not received by this date, the soft booking will be automatically released without prior notice. -
Payment Confirmation:
Once payment has been made, please reply to the confirmation email and attach the bank payment slip or transaction screenshot as proof of payment.
Additional Information

Full payment is required at least one (1) week prior to the booking date.

Once payment has been received, cancellations are not permitted.

One-time date change is allowed, subject to room availability.
